A failed yankee gutter system caused water damage and rot to a large section of this home. After removing the damaged section, the entire area was reframed and five new Anderson casement windows were installed along with a weather-resistant underlayment. For additional protection against weather damage, the new vertical siding was primed and painted prior to installation.

The existing yankee gutter system was renovated with a new copper liner and copper downspouts to keep the water damage from recurring.
